How can I get my invoices?

Rayon is today using Stripe for billing. All invoices can be found in there, by accessing Stripe through the organization’s settings page.

Who would pay for Rayon in my organization?

Rayon is only charging for editors belonging to an organization. Viewers (people only having the ability to see models) will not be charged to you.

Is Rayon free?

Yes, Rayon does have a free tier. Up to 3 models you will not need to pay anything. However, above that limit, you will enter the “Pro” tier, and above 5 editors in your organization, you will enter the “Team” tier.

Who is responsible for team payments?

Any organization admin can upgrade or downgrade the team’s plan. Billing always happens at the organization level.

How can I cancel my paid plan?

You can cancel your plan at anytime, by going into the settings of your organization. There you will be redirected to Stripe, where you will be able to downgrade your plan. One thing to keep in mind: you will need to make sure that your number of models and editors matches the plan you are downgrading to.

Yes, Rayon is free for students and faculty. Just sign up with your student email to the app, and we will set you up with a free account.
